What happens in the appointment

Hands-on treatment gets pain down. Strength is what keeps it down. A rehab session is forty minutes of coached exercise in our studio room, with resistance bands, kettlebells and a mat, built around the injury you are recovering from.

We test first — single-leg balance, hip and trunk strength, how you squat and hinge — and then coach you through a short programme you can repeat at home or in the gym. You leave with each exercise filmed on your own phone.

Most patients book three or four rehab sessions at the end of a chiropractic plan, two weeks apart, so each one can build on the last.

Good for

  • The end of a chiropractic plan
  • Returning to running or sport after injury
  • Recurring back pain that keeps coming back

Conditions we often treat this way

Knee pain
“Callum had me running again three weeks before my half marathon. The rehab sheet was four moves, not forty, so I actually did it.”
