When you request an appointment we collect your name, contact details and the reason for your visit. When you become a patient we keep clinical notes, as health professionals are required to.
How we use it
To book and confirm appointments, to treat you safely, to invoice you or your insurer, and to meet our legal and professional duties. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Health information
Clinical notes are special category data. We keep them securely for the period our regulator requires, share them only with your consent or where the law requires, and let you see them on request.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@aplomb.example. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
