Care plans are valid for 4 months and are never required: most patients pay per visit. Sports massage, rehab and posture sessions are priced on their own pages.
Paying, claiming and cancelling
- Payment. Card, phone or cash at the end of each visit. We never take a card on file.
- Insurance. We invoice in your insurer’s format. Check your policy covers chiropractic first.
- Cancelling. Free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours we charge half, unless you are unwell.
- Care plans. Unused visits are refunded at the follow-up rate, no questions asked.
How many visits will I need?
Most of our patients are discharged within six visits. You get an honest estimate at the end of the first visit, written down with the cost, and we check it against your progress every time.
Can I claim on my health insurance?
Yes, with most UK insurers. We are recognised by the major providers and send the invoice in the format they ask for. Check your policy covers chiropractic before your first visit.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or move an appointment for free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours we charge half the fee, unless you are unwell, in which case we waive it.
