Appointments
An appointment is confirmed when you receive our confirmation text or email. A request made through this website is not a booking until we confirm it.
Payment
Fees are payable at the end of each visit. Prices are listed on the prices page and may change; we give 30 days’ notice of any change to patients part-way through a plan.
Cancellations
You can cancel or move an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before. Later cancellations and missed appointments are charged at half the fee, which we waive if you are unwell.
Care plans
Care plans are valid for four months from purchase. Unused visits are refunded at the follow-up rate on request.
Consent
We explain every assessment and treatment before we carry it out, and you can stop or decline at any point. Our clinicians are [regulator] registered, no. 000000.
