Neck pain
Stiffness, aching or a sharp catch when you turn your head, from desk work, sleeping awkwardly or an old whiplash.
Tension and neck headaches
Headaches that start at the base of the skull or behind one eye, often on the same side, often worse after a long day at a screen.
Shoulder pain
A shoulder that catches reaching overhead, aches at night or will not let you lie on that side, including rotator cuff and swimmer's shoulder.
Upper back stiffness
A tight band between the shoulder blades, a back that will not twist, or a sharp pain when you take a deep breath.
Lower back pain
Acute back spasm, a back that "goes" when you bend, or a dull ache that has come and gone for years. The most common reason people come to us.
Sciatica and hip pain
Pain in the buttock or hip, or a line of pain, tingling or numbness running down the back of the leg.
Knee pain
Pain at the front of the knee from running, stairs or squatting, and knees that ache after sport or a long walk.
Pregnancy back and pelvic pain
Pelvic girdle pain, lower back ache and rib pain in pregnancy, treated gently and safely at every stage.
