Appointments

A first visit lasts about an hour; follow-ups are twenty minutes. Please arrive a few minutes early so your slot starts on time.

Cancellations

Let us know at least 24 hours ahead if you need to move an appointment, so we can offer the slot to someone else. Late cancellations may be charged.

Payment

Payment is taken at the end of each visit. Care-plan blocks are paid up front and booked at your own pace.

Complaints

If something is not right, tell us — contact hello@aplombspine.example or 020 7946 0138. As a registered clinic we follow a formal complaints procedure.
